High efficiency halogen free Piperazine pyrophosphate for polyolefin and TPE
EcoFlame NP-2200 is a newly developed nitrogen-phosphorous based halogen-free flame retardant used mainly for polypropylene(PP) homopolymer and copolymer, high and low density polyethylene(PE), ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer and others.
EcoFlame NP-2200 can provide polyolefins with excellent flame retardancy by formation of intumescences, which reduce the generation of both dark smoke and CO gas during combustion. It also provides low density, high mechanical properties and light stability( with an appropriate light stabilizer).
